Native American Hopi name meaning "water moon."

“Pamuya” symbolizes the moon as a creator breathing life and giving birth to a new creation. The breath of water nourishes the seed to grow, reminding us we are all connected to the grand universal design.

This piece started out with the antler which was given to me as a gift. With the desire to do something very different, I came up the idea to add sculptural elements to it. The antler itself served as a canvas for creating pieces that demonstrated the connection between us, the earth, and the universal elements.
